Customer Satisfaction is of utmost importance at Cigtechs.com. If you are dissatisfied with merchandise purchased through Cigtechs.com for any reason, you may return the item within 14 days from the date it was shipped to you. For sanitary reasons, and the overall safety of our Customers, we cannot accept returns of cartridges, bottled liquid, drip tips, and atomizers. Therefore, our Returns Policy EXCLUDES these kinds of items. At your option, you may receive a full refund, excluding shipping cost, or a replacement item if available. The process is very simple and straightforward:
1 Repackage the item including all original parts, packing material, instructions, etc. Within reason, this means that everything must be returned exactly as it was sent to you. Poor repackaging or the return of damaged merchandise could result in refusal of your return and loss of any refund or replacement item. Items MUST not have any damage/have been used.
2 Contact Cigtechs via the CONTACT US page to inquire about submitting a RMA. You will be assigned a ticket number, which will also be your RMA #. Please get approval from the agent to send the item back before submitting it.
3 Include a copy of the original Packing List in the package, and indicate whether you would like to be refunded for the item, or a replacement sent out.
4 Ship the item (at your expense and your choice of carrier) to the address with which you were provided on the original Packing List that was sent with your item.
1 If you are to receive a refund, it will be issued by CigtechsLLC when the returned item has been received in satisfactory condition. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the items. And will be applied directly to the method that was used to make a purchase.
